🔎 Role –Insurance Coverage Associate
✔️ Represent clients in litigation matters, including trials, mediations, arbitrations, and depositions.
✔️ Manage all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses, as well as trial preparation.
✔️ Conduct thorough legal research, analyze statutes, case law, regulations, and other legal materials to support case strategy.
✔️ Attend court hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings, advocating on behalf of clients.
✔️ Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel and clients, seeking to resolve disputes efficiently while protecting client interests.
👓 Requirements
✔️Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree
✔️Admission to the State Bar
✔️3+ Years Insurance Coverage experience + some general litigation
✔️ Billable Hours = 1600
