Responsibilities

• Design RF transceiver building blocks including PA, LNA, Mixer, Amplifier, VCO, PLL, Baseband Filter, or VGA, mmWave phased array, etc.
• Review design specifications based on system requirements.
• Communicate with baseband algorithm, RF system, device and layout teams.
• Present topology studies, design considerations, simulation and verification plans.
• Conduct lab measurement and report design-vs- silicon correlation.

Education qualifications: Ph.D. graduate who expects to graduate after December 2025 or in 2026 in the field of Analog/RF circuit design with CMOS process.

Required skills:

• Experience must include: RFIC circuit designs, device physics and modeling, transceiver design and simulation, lab measurement and impedance matching.
• Familiarity with design CAD tools such as: Cadence, Keysight ADS, Matlab.
