Project Modelers

$50,000 - $70,000

Daphne, AL

We are seeking talented Project Modelers to join our client’s growing family and contribute to the development of exceptional projects. This is a full-time, exempt position where you'll play a key role in creating high-quality deliverables that exceed client expectations. Using specialized software, you will produce detailed construction documents and 3D models. Additionally, you’ll prepare bills of materials, erection drawings, shop drawings, and other essential documentation .

Education Requirements

• Associate degree or trade school certification (preferred but not required).

Experience

• 2+ years of modeling experience (precast experience is preferred but not required).

Software Skills

• Microsoft Office
• Autodesk Revit

Key Responsibilities

• Create and complete 3D models of structures adhering to company and client standards.
• Prepare detailed erection drawings and associated documentation.
• Interpret construction documents and shop drawings from other trades.
• Supervise and review BIM technicians' shop drawings for accuracy and quality.
• Participate in ongoing development and refinement of company standards.
• Coordinate with precast producers and design teams externally.
• Collaborate with internal drafting, engineering, and BIM departments.
• Train and mentor BIM technicians.
• Ensure quality control for shop and erection drawings.

This position requires a US Citizenship or Green Card as the client is not able to provide sponsorship.
