The Account Management position is a full-time support role to our Account Management & Sales Team. This position will be the Customers' point of contact & liaison for activities related to servicing a growing list of customers and their groups. While working with a group of Sales Managers, the Account Management Specialist's responsibilities will ensure the efficient delivery of customer service and clear communication to both the customers and the entire Hines team.
This position may have a hybrid work-from-home opportunity 2 days per week, if employee successfully completes training period. Training period may last approximately 6 months.

Requirements:Education : HS Diploma, Associates preferred
Experience : At least 3 years administrative support role, high level of attention to detail and efficiency
Proficient in Microsoft Office
