Role Description
As Team Member} for State Farm Insurance - Armen Bubushyan Agency, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

Responsibilities
Provide information about insurance products and services.
Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Sales and Service of Insurance products
Qualifications
Communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Licensed in Property/Casulaty
Compensation: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
Our office is located in Pasadena.
Our office is open 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m..
I have been a State Farm agent since 2013.
