Seeking a talented and detail-oriented Wardrobe Assistant Stylist to support our styling team in creating exceptional looks for photoshoots. The ideal candidate will assist with wardrobe preparation, organization, and the execution of styling tasks, ensuring all garments, accessories are properly arranged and ready for photography. Strong organizational skills, a keen eye for fashion, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure are essential. This position offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fashion industry while contributing to high-profile projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• The Studio Assistant will be working the day-to-day E-Commerce product shoots and marketing concept shoots
• Works with eCommerce Merchandising and Designing team to accurately represent the collection of products and brand online
• Organize styling closet
• Maintain sample traffic between studio and warehouse
• Style outfits on set and strong eye for details
• Work closely with models to maintain flow of product shoot
• Pitch ideas and provide inspiration for styling
• Studio maintenance and assistance

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Working towards/achieved degree in fashion, or equivalent experience
• E-Commerce styling and background preferred
• Strong eye for details with both outfit and styling
• Broad knowledge of trends and designers
• Proficient in Excel and adaptable to new software
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Able to take direction, but also be assertive with presenting fresh ideas
• Organized in a fast-paced environment
• Driven and hard-working
• Team player and open to feedback
• Friendly

Physical/Environmental Demands and Overtime & Availability:

• Job entails the expected physicality that comes with production: frequently stands, walks, lifts, moves and carries equipment as required.
• Operate and use all equipment necessary to run the studio, climb ladders, move or handle studio equipment throughout the studio generally weighing from 15-25 pounds
• Must be able to; access all areas of the studio and location shoots

• Environment is fast-paced and indoor/outdoor temperature conditions apply.
