Location: Franklin, TN—on-site, relocation assistance available, flexible schedules available 

Salary: $55,000 - $75,000/year* + profit sharing + benefits

* Range depends on skill level and overall experience.

Ramsey Solutions Headquarters is located just outside of Nashville in Franklin, Tennessee. We value our strong, unified company culture because we believe the best work is done together. What You’d Do in This Role:

As an Audio Engineer, you’ll shape the sound of the Ramsey Network, from on-location recording to mixing content, promos, and special projects. You’ll collaborate with Producers, Project Managers, and Post-Production teams to deliver technically excellent audio that reflects the Ramsey message and connects with millions of listeners.

You’re Probably a Match If:

• You have 3-5 years of professional experience in audio recording and editing, TV/Film or YouTube preferred.
• You are a Pro Tools expert and skilled in using industry-standard software plug-ins.
• You are experienced in field recording with Sound Devices and Zoom recorders.
• You can operate Ambient Lockit Slate and Nanolockits for SMPTE timecode synchronization with cameras.
• You are skilled in post-production audio, including audio repair, restoration and creative sound design.
• You are familiar with broadcast audio consoles for radio production and live call-in shows.
• You have a strong alignment with and passion for the Ramsey Solutions brand, mission and message.

• Partner seamlessly with Producers to capture pristine audio and deliver polished post-production
• Collaborate with Cinematographers to ensure flawless sync between audio and video
• Blend sound and visuals into a cohesive, immersive experience that elevates the story
• Work hand-in-hand with video editors to deliver final assets that are ready for release, and ready to impact millions
