Job Description

One of Wripple's clients (a global airline) is looking for a talented B2B UX/UI Designer to join their Sales Innovation and Technology team to support website, portal and email user experiences. This is a full-time, hybrid contract role (40 hours/week) for 12-months, with strong potential for extension. Must be able to come into the office 2-3 days a week in south Atlanta.

Key Activities:

• Lead design process from start to finish for complex enterprise business applications, incorporating user and implementation feedback
• Establish, use, and contribute to a design system to create products with consistent interactions and a shared visual language
• Deliver measurable improvements to user outcomes, user satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
• Provide thought-leadership on Web design best practices and next-generation digital trends
• Team-up with leaders from product teams to coordinate approaches and timelines for implementing ideas.
• Optimally communicate complex UI concepts to non-designers and demo working UI prototypes
• Provide strong eye for detail of visual designs, including composition, grid layouts and responsive design
• Propose, build, and maintain information architecture
• Ideate and prototype for desktop, tablet and mobile devices
• Translate visual design into CSS standards

Key Skills:

• Expertise in Figma
• 3-5 years+ of UX design experience
• Experience in user research, wireframing, prototyping, user-testing, analytics
• App/Portal Experience

Strongly Preferred:

• B2B Experience
