Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Full-Time or Part-Time

Autism Center of Excellence is actively hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in Fayetteville, NC. We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities, with schedules based on client needs.
This role is ideal for RBTs seeking flexible weekday work, strong clinical support, and a collaborative team environment. Services may be provided in clinic and/or in-home settings.
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (required)
Experience working with children preferred (ABA, childcare, education, or related fields)
Reliable, professional, and compassionate approach to care
Availability to work weekday hours in Fayetteville, NC
Ability to follow treatment plans and collect accurate session data
Comfortable working in clinic and/or in-home environments
$22–$27 per hour
Paid training and orientation
Ongoing BCBA supervision and clinical support
