Job Responsibilities:
Greet clients and visitors with a warm and professional attitude
Answer and direct phone calls in both English and Spanish
Schedule appointments and maintain front desk calendars
Handle incoming and outgoing mail
Provide general administrative support to staff as needed
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Qualifications:
Bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
1+ year of receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Friendly, reliable, and professional demeanor
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Ability to multi-task and handle a fast-paced environment
📍 Location: Pasadena, CA/Onsite
Pay Rate: $20 - $24/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday
