What You’ll Do

  • Lead the expansion: Take full ownership of launching and growing our Texas branch as part of our broader U.S. expansion strategy. This includes setting up operations, defining business objectives, and ensuring a strong market presence.
  • Develop new business: Proactively identify, engage, and secure new clients across industries that benefit from our staffing and outsourcing services. Leverage your network and sales expertise to establish long-term partnerships.
  • Oversee daily operations: Manage all aspects of branch operations, from handling client accounts to ensuring seamless staffing and workforce solutions. Drive efficiency in service delivery while maintaining high operational standards.
  • Build relationships: Act as the face of our company in Texas, fostering strong relationships with businesses, decision-makers, and industry leaders. Work closely with clients to understand their hiring challenges and provide customized workforce solutions that drive their success.
  • Drive revenue growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals. Identify opportunities for market expansion, negotiate contracts, and optimize service offerings to maximize profitability.
  • Recruit and manage talent: Source, hire, and develop a team of staffing professionals as the branch scales. Provide leadership, coaching, and support to ensure top performance while cultivating a high-energy, success-driven culture.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or branch management.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset—able to take initiative and work independently.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in team-building and management.
  • Results-driven with a solid track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work on-site and manage daily operations hands-on.
  • Proven ability to quickly adapt to and efficiently use Google Suite and other digital tools essential for business operations.
  • Knowledge of the Texas market is a plus.
