Rusty Taco, founded in 2010 in a converted gas station on Greenville Avenue in Dallas, TX, offers a unique dining experience with authentic Mexican street-style tacos served in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. With multiple locations across the United States, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional street-style tacos, house made salsas, and refreshing margaritas. Our simple yet delicious menu focuses on fresh ingredients and traditional cooking techniques, ensuring amazing flavors while maintaining a no-frills approach. We are on a mission to exceed expectations in product quality, service, and overall guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Act alongside management as the face of Rusty Taco in the community.
• Promote and represent the brand at local events and festivals.
• Train and work in position as front of house leadership.
• Lead team members in hospitality with genuine excitement for connecting with guests.
• Embody and exude our company culture of joy, servantship and purposeful action.
• Oversee the training and development of new and existing employees to cultivate confident and guest experience focused team members.
• Demonstrate strong work ethic through reliability, responsibility, and productivity.

Requirements

• Must have a passion for developing others with a genuine desire to serve both guests and team members.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - English is a required language, bilingual is preferred.
• Upbeat & self-driven personality.
• Prior experience in hospitality or food service preferred.
• Strong knowledge of marketing principles and guest services.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Passion for food, particularly Mexican cuisine and street-style tacos.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to help others.
• Minimum of 30 hours per week.
