Our client, a global superyacht industry leader is looking to hire a Brokerage Assistant
Our client is Renowned for its professional yachting services, the company leverages its expertise to guide clients through every aspect of the yachting experience, including sale and purchase, new build, charter and operational yacht management.
Location: Brickell- Miami, FL
This position will start as a fully office-based position for the first three months before transitioning onto our hybrid working arrangement with up to three days working from home.
Salary: Up to $52,000 pa + eligible for up to 15% discretionary bonus
Ideal candidate: Must have yachting, sailing or similar experience. Experience working with UHNWI’s is a plus. A good brand ambassador. Well presented, good communications, relationship management, confident – Competent with Microsoft Office. It is likely going to be someone at the start of their onshore career. They need to be willing to complete a minimum of 2 years in the position.
