H&K Group, Inc. is looking for full time Building Maintenance/Cleaning Personnel to clean and maintain various buildings located on site at 2052 Lucon Rd. Skippack, PA as well as maintain necessary supplies in assigned locations throughout the organization . The ideal candidate is detailed, organized, and has the ability to work autonomously.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform all work adhering to OSHA and H&K Safety policies
• Establish and maintain a cleanliness standard throughout all assigned locations/buildings
  • There are several buildings located on site that require maintenance and cleaning
• Establish communication with building/maintenance manager to ensure all locations are cleaned properly
• Clean and maintain the following areas within assigned buildings:
  • Restrooms, break rooms, kitchen areas, floors (including stairs and hallways), windows, office areas, foyers, boardrooms
  • Cleaning duties include (but are not limited to):
    • Trash, cleaning, sanitizing, polishing, vacuuming, mapping, sweeping
• Ability to work the hours of 4 PM – 12:30 AM Monday through Friday (total 40 hours per week)
• All supplies and materials furnished by H&K Group, Inc. Ensure needed supplies and materials are communicated to the building/maintenance manager for needed availability
• Other duties as assigned

Required Skills, Education, and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent (such as a GED) from an accredited educational institution OR one to three months of related experience and/or training
• A combination of education and experience will be considered
• Proficient in Microsoft Office for email communication purposes
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated business acumen and analytical skills
• Demonstrated customer service and teamwork skills
• Ability to fit test & utilize appropriate PPE as needed
• Ability to meet physical requirements (movement, lifting, as relevant to job)

Preferred Skills, Education, and Experience

• Two years of relevant cleaning/maintenance experience
• References available upon request
