One of our clients in the Charlotte area is looking for a Business Analyst to add onto their team. As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate closely with a dedicated team to understand and translate user requirements into actionable business solutions. The Business Analyst will have the opportunity to work closely with our business partners to ensure data accuracy and governance. The main responsibilities the Business Analyst will include analyzing and validating data, as well as using SQL to pull accurate reports.
The Business Analyst will be engaging with customer and business stakeholders while working with the technical team. The Business Analyst will engage with customers and stakeholders to gather and translate their requirements. Additionally, the Business Analyst will demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate clear and effective interactions. The Business Analyst will work with business partners to collect requirements, test and evaluate data sets, and produce reports.
Pay Rate: $40-$45
Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
