Position Overview : The Business Analyst supports PMO implementation and sustainment by developing standardized documentation, templates, and guidance materials that enable consistent and repeatable PMO operations.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and maintain PMO documentation, templates, playbooks, and reference materials
Support definition and documentation of PMO processes and standards
Create user guides and procedural documentation to support adoption and sustainment
Support knowledge transfer and transition activities to client staff
Collaborate with PMO leadership and analysts to ensure documentation aligns with operational needs
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree required
4–6+ years of business analysis experience
Experience supporting PMO or governance initiatives
