What Business Development Managers Are All About

As a Business Development manager, you will focus on building new customer relationships through networking and thoughtful prospecting, as well as fostering current business relationships. Our Business Development Managers are a big part of McCabe’s success, future growth and reputation for giving back what disaster took.

A Day In The Life

• Creating new client relationships across our major market segments through "in-person" sales.
• Driving new revenue opportunities to McCabe through thoughtful territory management.
• Focusing on obtaining “Big Meetings" with prospects and clients in our target business categories.
• Maintaining and enhancing existing client relationships.
• Working with Operations personnel to resolve customer service issues in a timely fashion.
• Attending conferences, sporting events, trade shows, and other events to continually network and develop prospects and build relationships.
• Markets a variety of technical training programs offered by the Company to customer groups including, but not limited to, OSHA, lead renovation, water mitigation, fire/soot cleanup, and more.
