We’re currently expanding our event marketing and nonprofit fundraising team and hiring full-time Business Development Trainees who are looking for an entry-level opportunity with paid training and immediate start availability . This role is designed for individuals who want hands-on experience, growth potential, and a fast track into team leadership positions. No prior experience is required — just a great attitude and willingness to learn.
Participate in paid training covering sales strategy, client relations, and business development
Support live promotional events , brand activations, and nonprofit outreach campaigns
Engage with event attendees , answer questions, and build interest in campaign initiatives
Work closely with mentors to develop leadership, communication, and team coordination skills
Track event performance and contribute input to improve campaign outcomes
Ready to start immediately and commit to a full-time schedule
