Here's what you'd do:

• In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders to turn data into actionable insights that improve decision-making, optimize processes, and enhance customer experiences. 
• This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their analytics career who wants to deepen their technical skills while directly contributing to business impact.
• Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to support reporting and business insights.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that help teams monitor performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Translate business questions into analytical queries, ensuring outputs are clear and actionable
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Customer Success, Onboarding, Customer Care, Customer Experience, Finance, Education) to identify improvement opportunities.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, anomalies, and opportunities.
• Document methodologies, definitions, and processes to ensure clarity and repeatability.
• Support ad-hoc data requests and deliver timely insights for strategic initiatives.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $70.00 - $77.00 / hr. 

Hours: 40 hrs/Week. 

Length: Contract (5 months ).

Job Requirements

Required Skills / Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Data Analyst.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in SQL for querying relational databases.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in data visualization tools (Sigma, Hex, Tableau, Looker).

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with a programming language for analysis (Python, R).
• Familiarity with data modeling concepts and cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
• Exposure to statistical methods or A/B testing.
• Experience working in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
