Job Description

As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for managing large volumes of incoming calls and generating sales leads. You will work to identify and assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction, while building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through clear communication. Your role will also involve providing accurate and complete information, meeting sales and call handling targets, and resolving customer complaints by offering suitable solutions.

Key duties include:

• Handling incoming calls and addressing customer inquiries
• Referring customers to appropriate dealers and distributors
• Assisting with product comparisons and warranty information
• Acting as a switchboard, using a database to refer customers to the right departments
• Triaging customer complaints and transferring them to Tier 2 representatives when needed
• Supporting customers with remote access or Wi-Fi-enabled products, such as thermostats

Pay rate $17 per hr on W2

Requirements:

• Microsoft Office proficient

• Type 35-45 words per minute

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
