Job Description

Responsibilities:

Provide compassionate and competent care to VA clients in their homes
Assist with activities of daily living, including personal care, mobility assistance, and medication reminders
Monitor and report changes in clients' conditions to supervisory staff
Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients
Ability to support and redirect dementia, and PTSD, behaviors in a professional manner

Requirements:

Valid VA certification as a caregiver
Prior experience in providing in-home care
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
