Responsibilities
- Before event: Set up rentals, such as tables, chiars, chafing dishes, dishware, etc
- During event: maintain buffet or serve plated meals to guests. Clearing plates, glassware. Attend to guests needs
- After event: Breakdown of rental, finish clearing
