Your Mission:

We are looking for a reliable and dedicated CDL Delivery Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering goods to various locations in a timely and safe manner. As a CDL Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for operating commercial vehicles, ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of products, and maintaining the company’s high standards of customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Operate a commercial motor vehicle (CMV), box truck or tractor truck with flatbed trailer, to deliver goods to assigned destinations.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the safety and functionality of the vehicle.
• Follow route schedules and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
• Load and unload cargo safely, utilizing proper handling techniques.
• Ensure all deliveries are properly documented, including receipts, delivery confirmations, and any issues that arise.
• Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel, and delivery times.
• Communicate with warehouse manager and customers regarding any delays or issues.
• Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies to ensure a safe driving environment.
• Perform routine maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues or accidents immediately.
• Represent the company professionally while interacting with customers and the public.

Your profile:

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a CDL driver.
• Clean driving record and history of safe driving.
• Ability to lift, carry, and load/unload heavy items (up to 50-100 pounds).
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and ability to perform basic checks.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to navigate and follow detailed delivery routes using GPS systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit for extended periods while driving.
• Ability to bend, lift, and carry heavy items.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions.
• Must meet the physical and medical requirements for CDL holders.
