• Sales: bring in leads, close membership sales in the studio, process proper contract documentaion.
• Motivating: Encourage members, correct form, and challenge members
• Assessing: Evaluate member fitness levels
• Sales: Close membership sales in the studio
• Promoting: Build a community and promote the F45 brand
• Consulting: Conduct goal-oriented consultations with members
• Membership: Help acquire and retain members
• Studio: Set up, clean, and maintain the studio
• Personal Training or Group Fitness Certification from a nationally recognized organization
• CPR/AED/First Aid Certification
• Passion for fitness and exercise
• Ability to develop strong relationships with members
• High energy and enthusiasm
