What You’ll Do:

• Oversee daily clinical operations on the study floor
• Lead and support clinical staff, ensuring adherence to protocols and SOPs
• Monitor study participants, document adverse events, and escalate concerns appropriately
• Maintain a calm and professional atmosphere, setting the standard for patient care
• Assist with clinical procedures, reducing workload for doctors
• Train and mentor staff while maintaining compliance with research regulations

Who We’re Looking For:

• Registered Nurse (RN) – No bachelor’s degree required
• 3+ years of nursing experience (hospital, ICU, ER, med-surg, or similar preferred)
• Strong leadership skills – previous charge experience not required, but initiative is a must
• Go-getter mentality – adaptable, sharp, and able to jump into tasks with minimal direction
• Comfortable in a research setting – ideal for nurses looking for a lower-stress but impactful role
