Exceeding $450 million in assets and located in Seaford, Delaware, Tidemark Federal Credit Union is currently recruiting to replace their long-time retiring Chief Financial Officer. Reporting directly to the President/CEO, the incoming accounting and finance professional will strategically lead the general accounting functions of the credit union, and will be responsible for asset liability management, budgeting, risk management, financial reporting, and investments. Additionally, the successful candidate will manage the credit union’s plastic products and processing, as well as oversee regulatory and audit relationships. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in the use of technology to create efficiencies and an environment around automation. The credit union is seeking someone with at least five years of senior leadership experience overseeing accounting and finance operations within a retail banking institution, strong analytical skills, and a holistic understanding of economics.
