Responsibilities:
You’ll work closely with our attorneys to support litigation matters in employment law and personal injury. Your work will directly impact the lives of clients.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
• Organizing and managing digital case files
• Drafting motions, petitions, discovery, and legal correspondence
• Conducting legal research to support case strategy
• Reviewing evidence and identifying inconsistencies
• Coordinating discovery responses, subpoenas, and witness testimony
• Assisting attorneys at hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials
• Logging billable/non-billable time in our case management system
