Job Description

Colorado Trucking Solutions is seeking a skilled Class A Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating a commercial motor vehicle to transport equipment. This position requires adherence to all state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures. The driver must have a valid commercial driver's license (CDL) and a clean driving record.

Essential Duties

• Transport equipment, ensuring proper handling and safe delivery
• Safely drive and operate the assigned vehicle for loading and unloading equipment
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle and complete required documentation
• Adhere to all state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
• Report any accidents, incidents, or traffic violations to the appropriate parties
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, including performing basic maintenance tasks such as checking fluids and tire pressure
• Communicate effectively
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)

Qualifications

• A valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL) is required
• Clean driving record
• Minimum 2 years driving experience
• Must complete a pre-employment background check and drug and alcohol screening
• Good communication and customer service skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Physical Requirements & Conditions

• Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions and tolerate
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Ability to lift fifty pounds.
