Job Overview Seeking a reliable, experienced Lead Cleaner who is ready to take on leadership responsibilities. This role is hands-on with cleaning duties while also serving as a Site Manager to oversee day-to-day operations on job sites. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality service while maintaining company standards and client satisfaction.

Duties

• Assist in coordinating daily operational activities and ensure smooth workflow.
• Perform professional residential and/or commercial cleaning to company standards
• Manage day-to-day site operations (opening/closing access, supply needs reporting)
• Perform quality control on work performed
• Communicate any client issues or special requests to management promptly
• Safely manage entry codes, keys, and client confidentiality
• Track and manage personal supply inventory
• Represent the company professionally at all times
• Participate in team meetings, providing input on process improvements and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar software.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• At least 1 year of professional cleaning experience preferred
• Reliable transportation to and from work locations
• Must provide and maintain your own cleaning supplies and equipment
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
• High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Starting pay: $18-$21 per hour , depending on experience
• $50 monthly supply stipend
• Bonus awarded after completion of the first paid cleaning for the new client
• Monthly performance bonus eligibility for outstanding service

Note: Bonuses are paid on the next payroll cycle after the referred client's first completed and paid service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
