Pay: $20 per hour

Job Type: Part-time/Subcontract Work (Flexible Schedule Available)

Neat Home Cleaning Company is a professional cleaning service dedicated to making homes, short-term rentals, cabins, and other residential spaces sparkle. We take pride in delivering high-quality cleaning services, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive and professional work environment.

We are currently seeking experienced  Residential Cleaners to join our team! If you have an eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and take pride in transforming spaces, we want to hear from you!

• Perform a variety of residential cleaning tasks, including:
• Standard cleaning (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathrooms, kitchens, etc.)
• Deep cleaning (detailed scrubbing, baseboards, inside appliances, etc.)
• Post-construction cleaning (removing dust, debris, and ensuring a move-in-ready space)
• Move-in/move-out cleaning (preparing homes for new tenants/homeowners)
• Clean short-term rental properties efficiently and ensure they are guest-ready
• Follow client-specific checklists and preferences to meet high-quality standards
• Restock supplies in short-term rentals (if applicable)
• Safely handle and use cleaning products and equipment
• Maintain a professional and friendly attitude with clients and team members
  

✅  Professional cleaning experience required (residential, Airbnb, or hotel experience preferred)

✅  Must have reliable transportation to travel between job locations

✅  Must provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment

✅  Ability to pass a background check

✅  Attention to detail and strong time management skills

✅  Ability to work independently or as part of a team

✅  Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends if needed
