Job Description

Job Duties:

• Coordinate claims and maintain communication with all involved parties
• Open new jobs during initial calls in the system and input all available details.
• Evaluate the situation, communicate with relevant departments, and hand off to the Manager/PM for scheduling.
• Prepare necessary documents and ensure inspection meetings are scheduled.
• Support Manager/PM with dispatching crews and updating the system calendar with tasks.
• Keep inspection dates, notes, photos, and documents up-to-date in the system.
• Follow up on missing homeowner and insurance information.
• Track job flow in the system to ensure efficient and timely updates (photos, documents, dates).
• Assist PM with scheduling crews and coordinating with homeowners.
• Monitor construction and contents phases in the system; create linked jobs when needed.

Requirements:

• 3-10 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or customer support in an office environment (experience in the restoration industry is a plus).
• High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in computer software, especially MS Word and Excel.
• Strong listening skills: Able to receive feedback, probe for additional information, and respond promptly.
• Oral communication: Ability to speak clearly and persuasively in various situations, from one-on-one to group

Additional Info:

• Pay range: $50k-$60k
• Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
• Location: 100% onsite, Woodbury
• Type: Direct Hire
