We are looking for an experienced PM to strengthen our clinical operations in Ventura, California .

Part-time employment with working from home option.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the overall coordination and oversight of allocated clinical projects.
Manage the human, material, system and financial resources to provide services within a designated project scope of work and ensure that allocated clinical staff has the necessary skills to perform their respective job responsibilities.
Ensure all clinical projects are executed in compliance with ICH GCP, international and local guidelines/regulations and SOPs.
Maintain adequate project communication with Sponsor, and oversight timelines and project specific deliverables and targets; which includes regular risk assessment and management to avoid any delays.
Coordinate the development of project specific documents and procedures, including their preparation/review.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required – preferred qualification in life sciences or medical sciences
Minimum 3 years of active monitoring experience and project management experience
Experience in monitoring of clinical trials in Oncology will be considered an advantage
Profound knowledge of clinical research processes and medical terminology
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent written and spoken English.
