Job Description

We are looking for an experienced PM to strengthen our clinical operations in Ventura, California .

Part-time employment with working from home option.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall coordination and oversight of allocated clinical projects.
• Manage the human, material, system and financial resources to provide services within a designated project scope of work and ensure that allocated clinical staff has the necessary skills to perform their respective job responsibilities.
• Ensure all clinical projects are executed in compliance with ICH GCP, international and local guidelines/regulations and SOPs.
• Maintain adequate project communication with Sponsor, and oversight timelines and project specific deliverables and targets; which includes regular risk assessment and management to avoid any delays.
• Coordinate the development of project specific documents and procedures, including their preparation/review.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required – preferred qualification in life sciences or medical sciences
• Minimum 3 years of active monitoring experience and project management experience
• Experience in monitoring of clinical trials in Oncology will be considered an advantage
• Profound knowledge of clinical research processes and medical terminology
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
