What You Will Do: As Thayers’ Chief Mom Officer (CMO) you will bring your influence and acumen to the table for this one-of-a-kind role. You will join the Thayers team at their New York headquarters, where you will spend one day, attending brand meetings, a content shoot, and product deep dives. Image what your “in-office” schedule would look like:

• Power Lunch: Enjoy an exclusive sit-down lunch with Bethenny Frankel, a trailblazer who’s built a powerful brand and career while balancing her role as a mother figure. Whether you're a mom, a mentor, or simply someone with big ambitions, this conversation is all about sharing wisdom, inspiration, and the real stories behind success.
• Product Focus Group: As an existing lover of Thayers products, we want to take you on an exclusive deep dive into the portfolio, offer you additional product knowledge and explore your valuable insights around the brand. To round out the experience, you'll enjoy a restorative facial treatment from a celebrity esthetician giving our products a moment to work their magic on your skin while you reflect on everything you've discovered.
• Photo Shoot & Content Creation: Step into the spotlight as a Thayers content creator for the day. Never made content before? Don’t worry, we will guide you every step of the way. After all, every CMO needs a proper headshot.

What We Are Looking For: Required Qualifications/Skills: Being deemed “mother” – be it a mom, a parent, a caregiver, a mother of the friend group, an internet mom, and beyond – requires an incredible range of skills and talents—it's an always-on role where you're naturally always looking after someone else. But for this position, we’re only asking for 24 hours, and during that time, we’ll look after you. All “mother figures” are welcome to apply.

Your tenure as Chief Mom Officer (CMO) has an estimated date of employment in June 2025 in our New York City offices.

Additional Benefits Information As Follows:

Compensation: $500-$1,000 per hour (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
