RESPONSIBILITES

• We are looking for a candidate with extensive expertise programming multi-axis mills, lathes with live tooling, and mill-turn machines.
• The candidate would need to be able to provide first parts and creating program-ready CAM files from customer models and prints.
• Experienced programming and machining a wide range of materials,

Including the following :

• Heat-treated alloys
• Stainless steel
• Inconel
• Hastelloy
• Aluminium and
• Beryllium copper

• Skilled in holding extremely tight tolerances, down to ±.0001'.
• He/she would need to be able to work collaboratively with engineers, operators, and supervisors to optimize programs and support efficient production processes.
• The candidate would need proven expertise in aerospace industry.
• The candidate must have CAM Software experience including the following :
