Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bilingual Conference Coordinator to manage and oversee the planning and execution of conferences and events on site in Brickell. This role requires strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, as well as experience collaborating with vendors and IT teams to ensure seamless event operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all aspects of conference planning, including vendor management, logistics, and on-site execution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, ensuring contracts, payments, and deliverables are managed effectively.
• Collaborate with IT teams to implement and maintain audio-visual equipment, virtual event platforms, and other technical requirements.
• Manage event timelines, budgets, and communication with stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly during event preparation and execution.
• Ensure bilingual communication across teams and provide translation or interpretation as needed.

Qualifications:

• EXCELLENT communication in both English and Spanish
• Proven experience in event or conference coordination.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Familiarity with IT systems, virtual platforms, and AV equipment.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
