Job Description

Requirements :

• Language: must be speak Spanish and English.
• Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor.
• Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and interpretation.
• OSHA 2 a 6 certification (or similar).
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage crews, schedules, and safety compliance.

Responsibilities :

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and following safety standards.
• Communicate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients.
• Maintain accurate reports and documentation.
