We need a paralegal who is motivated to help lots of people, wants to learn every day, and would love to be part of an amazing team that wins together! This position will prepare bankruptcy petitions, schedules, and statements for Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases. It will also occasionally assist with motions, responses, or other pleadings in bankruptcy court.

$50,000 - $60,000 yearly

• Hold client interviews to gather information about their legal problems
• Perform administrative duties such as answering phone calls and keeping our case filing system organized so all documents are readily accessible

• Prepare Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 petitions, schedules, and statements
• Draft motions, responses, and other legal pleadings
• Assist attorneys as needed with case issues

• Must have great time-management skills, and organizational skills
• 3+ years of legal service experience under an attorney or lawyer in a law firm setting
• Talented communicator and writer

• Must be highly detail-oriented
• Must be a quick learned with an aptitude for new technology and AI tools
