Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Continuous Improvement Specialist with a strong background in heavy industrial manufacturing to join our team in Texas. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of hands-on manufacturing experience and a passion for driving operational efficiency, improving quality, and optimizing processes in a fast-paced, industrial environment.

As a Continuous Improvement Specialist, you will be responsible for leading efforts to drive operational excellence across the manufacturing floor by identifying opportunities for improvement, leading projects, and ensuring the successful implementation of Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
• Analyze current manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement in terms of efficiency, safety, and quality.
• Lead cross-functional teams to implement Lean, Six Sigma, and other best practice methodologies.
• Provide hands-on training and mentorship to operators, supervisors, and other staff members on CI tools, techniques, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on heavy industrial manufacturing (such as automotive, aerospace, steel, or other similar industries).
• Solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing , Six Sigma , and other continuous improvement tools.
• Proficient in using manufacturing software and tools (ERP, data analysis tools, etc.).
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is a plus.
