What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead and mentor a team of ambitious contract recruiters, fostering a collaborative and high-achieving environment.
• Develop and manage client relationships to ensure outstanding delivery of recruitment solutions.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities to grow our presence in the life sciences industry.
• Own and oversee the P&L for your unit, ensuring business targets and growth goals are achieved.
• Recruit, train, and inspire team members, cultivating a culture of innovation and success.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in contract recruitment, ideally within life sciences or a related field.
• A strong billing history and expertise in expanding client networks and achieving results.
• Exceptional leadership skills with a passion for developing and empowering teams.
• Outstanding relationship-building abilities and the drive to deliver exceptional client service.
• The ability to work with autonomy while driving strategic and commercial success.
