We work closely with government bodies, investors, and young founders to build the next wave of changemakers for Viksit Bharat 2047. Role Overview We’re looking for a Creative Director who can bring fresh ideas, sharp storytelling, and strong brand energy to everything we do from campaigns and events to digital content. You’ll lead our creative team and work with leadership to make Startup Stairs’ voice stand out across India’s entrepreneurial ecosystem. What You’ll Do Lead the creative direction across all branding, social media, video, and event campaigns. Work closely with the marketing and communications team to create powerful visuals, taglines, and stories. Conceptualize ideas for events, launch campaigns, and digital narratives. Manage designers, video editors, and copywriters to ensure brand consistency and quality. Translate complex ideas into simple, inspiring creative concepts. Stay updated with design, content, and digital trends — and bring innovation to our communication style. What We are Looking For 3+ years of experience in creative roles (agency/startup experience preferred). Strong understanding of brand building and storytelling. Good eye for design, color, typography, and aesthetics. Hands-on experience with social media, video content, and campaign ideation. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment.
