Job Description

3 month contract, 40 hours/week

5x onsite M-F in Costa Mesa, CA

Pay $40-$55/hr.

Responsibilities

Work on multiple workstreams, supporting the video production team prioritize requests, timelines, and schedules.
Support with pre-production logistics like location scouting, equipment sourcing, schedule coordination, and vendor onboarding.
Ensure deliverables are meeting expectations, including adherence to established timelines and budgets.
Uphold standards and best practices methods.
Collect and synthesize input from stakeholders and share out to the production team.
Communicate to the team project status, flagging and troubleshooting potential issues.
Create, maintain and disseminate project information to stakeholders and senior management.
Remove roadblocks, disambiguate situations that impede stakeholders
