Job Description

Seeking a full-service custodian that can perform basic janitorial duties. Duties included dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning restrooms, kitchen, conference rooms, hallways, individual offices, and public areas. Other duties include high dusting, changing out of light bulbs, periodic stripping and waxing floors, carpet cleaning and shampooing, power washing sidewalks and parking lot.

Physical requirements include but are not limited to the ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs., pushing, pulling, carrying, stooping, bending, squatting, standing, and ability to walk up and down stairwells.

• Previous housekeeping/janitorial experience.
• Ability to operate basic machinery.
• Familiar with cleaning public areas and using various cleaning products desired.
• Good communication and customer service skills
• ** Ability to maintain a positive attitude and follow instructions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-year janitorial experience.
• Candidate will need to complete a background check
• Candidates will need to complete a drug test.
• Candidates must obtain and maintain security clearance.
