Emerest is currently searching for articulate, highly-skilled Customer Engagement Associate. This is an entry level role with opportunity for growth. • Manage incoming telephone calls, chats and emails
• Field and send written business correspondence

• Demonstrated talents in communicating and interacting with clients/customers, both internal and external
• Creative problem solver who anticipates risks and opportunities and maintains a vision for continuous improvement
• Ability to use multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
• Proven experience going the extra mile to solve complex customer inquiries via extensive research
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively throughout all levels of the company
• Customer service and office administrative skills
• Upbeat, positive attitude and an approach to work rooted in professionalism
