Description

A Wildlife Pro, LLC is a national wildlife management company serving residential and Fortune 500 commercial clients across the U.S. We’re seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support daily operations, coordinate work orders, and manage client and vendor communications.

This is a fast-paced, operations-focused role—not a call-center position. You will manage high volumes of active jobs, maintain accurate records across multiple systems, and coordinate ongoing work from start to finish. Success in this role is driven by job accuracy, workflow management, and follow-through—not scripted call handling or call-volume metrics.

Ideal candidates are organized, reliable, and comfortable handling multiple priorities in a professional, team-driven environment.

Requirements

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Quickly learning and using proprietary workflow management tools built within Google Workspace
  • Receiving, reviewing, and dispatching wildlife removal work orders for national corporate clients
  • Maintaining accurate job records, including data, photos, and documentation, across multiple internal systems
  • Communicating professionally with assigned client and vendor contacts
  • Monitoring and managing dozens of active work orders simultaneously, ensuring timelines, scope, and client requirements are met
  • Building working knowledge of wildlife management services to support sound, independent decision-making under time pressure

Skills We Need:

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to quickly learn and consistently execute complex, multi-step workflows
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist when needed
  • Full ownership of tasks and outcomes, with a commitment to continuous improvement
  • Ability to adapt to changing processes, priorities, and workloads
  • Working knowledge of Google Drive / Google Workspace, or the ability to learn quickly

What You’ll Get:

  • Supportive, team-oriented work environment with daily collaboration via phone, chat, email, and Google Meet
  • Structured onboarding and hands-on training
  • Opportunities for increased responsibility based on reliability and demonstrated capability
  • Competitive hourly pay with increases based on experience and demonstrated performance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Benefits:

  • On-the-job training
  • Work from home

Work Location: Remote
