LHH is looking for a dedicated and bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our client's team in Corona, CA. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support. Your responsibilities will include managing client relationships, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Inquiry Handling: Respond to client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure client satisfaction.
• Communication: Keep clients informed about project progress, updates, and any changes that may affect them.
• Financial Management: Oversee billing, invoicing, and payment collections to ensure accurate financial records and timely payments.
• Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Efficient Service: Handle all client interactions efficiently and effectively, focusing on delivering quick resolutions to any issues.
• Continuous Improvement: Evaluate current systems and processes to improve quality and exceed customer expectations.
• Client Feedback: Gather and act on client feedback to continuously improve service delivery.
