Pinnacle Partners has an exciting new opening for a Customer Service Representative for a company located in Franklin, IN.
This is a fully onsite role, that is direct hire and will work a schedule of 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday through Friday.
Duties :
Provide customer service and assistance with orders via email and phone.
Answer questions, troubleshoot concerns and assist in placement of orders.
Follow procedures and guidelines to ensure orders are placed accurately and update inventory levels in the system.
Demonstrate knowledge of products being offered.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Basic computer proficiency
Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot
Salary is $37,000/year with a full benefits package
