Parking is plentiful in our large lot with easy access to several main roads in Lancaster County.
Responsibilities - Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Qualifications - Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $33,000.00 - $49,500.00 per year
