Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry/Filing Specialist to support our compliance and engineering teams. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate documentation, ensuring compliance with agency requirements, and assisting with administrative tasks related to product documentation and regulatory filings. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently .

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain compliance records by updating databases and spreadsheets with required agency documentation.
• Review agency files for inconsistencies
• Complete all steps of agency paperwork projects to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Prepare and submit agency documentation by collecting, comparing, and summarizing relevant information.
• Verify that all documentation updates are completed correctly for agency projects.
• Provide administrative support by completing paperwork projects for compliance engineers.
• Assist in maintaining both current and archived paper filing systems for agency procedure files and product documentation.
• Initiate Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) to release internal product updates to manufacturing.
• Update existing or create new label drawings based on product management changes or agency requirements.
• Attend weekly department meetings to provide project status updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong organizational ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task while maintaining accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel .
• Basic knowledge of internet use and email communication .
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
