Job Title: Data Entry Specialist

Location: Maitland, FL (must live in the surrounding Orlando area)

Position Type: Contract (2-3 Months) (1 week of training in office, remote or hybrid role)

Compensation: $25.00 p/h

Job Description:

We are seeking a meticulous and organized Data Entry Specialist to support our recruiting operations. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining accurate candidate and client data within our applicant tracking systems (ATS) and databases. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and thrive in a fast-paced recruiting environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately input and update candidate, client, and job information in the ATS and CRM systems.
• Maintain data integrity by conducting regular audits and data cleansing activities.
• Prepare candidate profiles, format resumes, and ensure all documentation is up to date.
• Assist recruiters by generating reports and providing data-driven insights.
• Coordinate with recruiting and sales teams to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
• Manage job postings on various job boards and company platforms.
• Handle confidential candidate information with discretion and professionalism.
• Support administrative tasks related to recruitment processes as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
• Previous experience in data entry or administrative support within the recruiting or staffing industry is a plus.
• Proficiency with ATS, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
