Job Title: QC & Data Entry Specialist I

Department: Clinical

FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt

PURPOSE:

Ensure quality control and accurate data entry for clinical research charts, adhering to our client’s standards and sponsor requirements.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Review study charts for accuracy, identifying missing or discrepant data.
• Enter data into eCRF/CRF systems per sponsor guidelines.
• Report inconsistencies to clinical research coordinators and management.
• Attend SIV meetings and assist with sponsor monitor visits.
• Resolve queries efficiently and support training procedures.
• Represent our client professionally in all interactions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education: Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.

Experience: 1-3+ years in clinical or biological research.

Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet-based applications.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Understanding of medical terminology and research concepts.
• Knowledge of industry guidelines and regulations.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Office-based work with some local travel.
• Daily computer use, occasional night/weekend work.
• Ability to lift 35+ pounds and drive as needed.
